    随着社会的高速发展,对人才的要求也不断提高,身心的健康越来越为人们所重视.而大学体育教育作为提高身体素质的重要方式之一,需要改变其陈旧的教学理念和方式.本文从高职院校体育教学中存在的问题入手进行分析,同时提出了高职体育教学改革的创新方法,为人才的培养打好基础,真正意义上为社会的进步发展做出贡献.
