    Abstract：

    在中职院校的教育中,培养学生自主管理能力是其中重要的教育环节,一方面有助于学生的成长教育有着重要的意义;另一方面对于学生今后的发展,也有着促进意义,在整个组织管理过程中,学校应该重视以班级作为基本单位,通过制定合理的规章制度,积极鼓励学生参与到管理工作中来.本文就如何培养学生自主管理能力进行分析和探讨,为相关的教育工作者提供一些参考性的意见.
