    在全面开展素质教育的今天,让"学困生"积极主动地参与数学学习是刻不容缓的.让"学困生"积极参与学习数学是提高整个班级数学成绩的唯一途径.作为数学教师,我们要在转变教育观念的同时,因材施教,多措并举,帮助"学困生"实现学习逆转.本文就此做了研究和实践.
