    提高教师素质,促进教师的专业发展是决定学校的生存状态和发展水平的主要因素.我校结合学校文化和学校教师专业发展现状,对教师队伍分为"鼎新、鼎韵、鼎甲"三个层次,采取分层培养的方法,旨在打造一支不断追求卓越的富有学校特色的教师队伍.
