    Abstract：

    大学生就业一直以来都是备受人们关注的话题.随着我国大学生就业压力不断增大,怎样提高大学生自主创业意向已经成为了当今社会关注的焦点,本文通过研究大学生个人特质,提出了关于影响大学生创业意向的个人特质方面的几个假设,构建大学生创业意向影响因素的假设模型,并对样本数据采用结构方程模型方法进行定量研究.
