    Abstract：

    近几年,随着素质教育理念的不断深入,学生所学科目的不断增加,语文学科作为重要的一门学科在一部分学生及其家长眼中有所忽视,加之部分学生的自身原因,从而部分学生的语文成绩呈逐年下滑的趋势.最终,这部分学生变成了语文科目的学困生.面对学困生、如何有效地转化学困生,是摆在教师面前一个刻不容缓、必须解决的问题.
