    Abstract：

    《数学新课程标准》明确指出:"数学教学要实现人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上获得不同的发展.数学自学能力的培养,是当前小学数学教学改革的目标之一."在小学阶段,学生的可塑性较强,是培养各种学习品质和能力,发展智力的良好时期.我们应该按照教育学家叶圣陶先生提出的"教是为了不用教"为目标,改革教学方法,使学生由"学会"转化为"会学".
