    Abstract：

    我国目前图书资料管理水平的高低直接体现在基层图书资料管理人员的素质水平高低,由于我国目前的图书资料管理人员素质相对不高,部分管理人员基本的业务知识能力低下,严重影响我国图书资料管理事业的发展水平.本文首先阐述了提高基层图书资料管理人员素质对提高基层图书资料管理的重要意义,用事实陈述目前管理人员的素质现状,最后针对现状探讨一些合理对策,并供交流借鉴.
