Abstract：
随着国家的不断发展,我国对人才的需求量不断增大.各大高校都开始实行扩招政策,导致大学毕业生的人数剧增,大学生的就业压力也越来越大.而且国内市场经济发展的不好,导致大学生难以找到工作.要解决目前的问题,提升大学生的自身能力,使其有足够的本事在社会立足,需要对当前的英语教学模式进行改变.本文就目前高校英语教学的现状以及改革趋向进行探讨.
