Abstract：
教学管理是学校管理中的重要管理,教学管理是指管理者通过一定的管理手段,使教学活动达到学校既定的人才培养目标的过程,教学管理是正常教学秩序的保证.科学的教学管理不仅能够帮教育工作者适应当今的教育教学形势,也会在如何开展素质教育,及如何实施新课程改革方面使其有更清晰的认识,同时为更好地开展教学工作指明了方向.
