Abstract：
近年来幼儿教育逐渐被人们所重视,在幼儿教育中教师需要改变传统教学理念,在适当情况下找到适合的教学法展开教学,教师传授知识过程中注重培养幼儿综合能力,教师适当提供幼儿互相合作机会,在学习过程中提高幼儿之间的交流,教师与幼儿间的交流,及时了解孩子们的学习状态,对幼儿进行适当的学习要求,并提高幼儿自主学习意识,进而提升幼儿教学整体教学水平.
