Abstract：
现针对特殊儿童的安置方式主要以特殊教育学校、随班就读、巡回指导、资源教室、康复机构、送教上门等为主,尽管方式多样化,而选择何种适合的安置方式却影响特殊孩子的一生.毋庸置疑,特殊儿童的特殊需要,决定了我们应该实施个别化计划.在融合教育理论的大背景下,随班就读率也越来越高,决定随班就读儿童的实际学习效果因素有很多,其中,个别化教育的实施程度是关键.
