    Abstract：

    "英语不是拿来学的,而是拿来用的."因此,口语教学和口语交际是各学段英语教学中的重要组成部分.受考试评价体系的影响以及功利主义的盛行,当前英语教学侧重于读和写,结果直接导致"哑巴英语"和"聋子英语"的现象在各学段都普遍存在,本文研究了初中英语口语教学存在的问题,并就有效解决问题的思路和对策提出了个人见解.
