    随着时代的不断发展,呈现出多元化的发展趋势,同时对德育教育的发展带来了极大的挑战.在初中阶段,活动体验式主题班会是一种全新的教育模式,能够有效促进德育教育的发展.通过开展有效的主题班会,可以促进德育教育更好地进行.本文主要对初中活动体验式主题班会德育实效性进行分析,并进一步提出有效的开展措施.
