    Abstract：

    小学语文教学不仅担负着为整个九年义务教育夯实基础的重任,更要为学生一生的发展做基础.作为一名小学语文教师在这当中担负着很重要的作用.如何让自己成为一名合格的语文教师,首先要在自身教学能力上有所突破有所创新,笔者结合自己的教学经验,谈谈在小学语文教师教学能力培养方面的心得体会.
