Abstract：
谈话是一门艺术,也是一门技巧,尤其是职业院校班主任在面对学生的错误时更要学会如何对学生进行批评,恰当的批评不仅使学生能意识到自己的错误,改正错误,而且还促进了师生之间的感情,起到了良好的教育效果.但是现实学校生活中有很多职业院校班主任并不能恰当地运用好班主任的谈话性批评技巧,而是选择使用一些严厉的批评性话语,这严重打消了学生的学习积极性,也导致师生之间产生了嫌隙,对此,职业院校班主任必须掌握批评性谈话技巧.
