Abstract：

当前中学体育教学的现状急需改变.在中学体育的教学过程中,教师应注重学生的个体差异,因材施教,把学生作为教学的主体,创造性的设计多种游戏环节调动学生的积极性,加强学校体育设施建设,注重教师自身素质和技能的培养,结合实际情况开展具有自己学校特点的体育教学,增强学生体质,促进学生的身心健康和全面发展.
