    Abstract：

    核心素养的培育是初中英语教育工作的关键组成部分,引导初中生的学习积极性是提升教育质量的关键,从现有的初中生英语教育的角度来看,很多英语环境之中的因素可能很大程度上激发初中生的好奇心,这就使得初中生可以在较为便捷的引导之下,更好地接受英语教育,并且凭借英语教育建立起高水平的核心素养.本文首先对初中英语教学中核心素养培育存在的不足进行了研究总结,并制定了符合英语教学特征的具体改良策略,对提升初中英语教育工作的综合质量,具有重要积极意义.
