    Abstract：

    CSR是一种临床常见病,主要是由于长期姿势不良,导致颈部韧带、肌肉以及骨骼等出现功能障碍,典型症状是上肢肌力减弱、颈肩部酸胀麻木、肌腱反射异常等,具有发病率高、病程长、易反复发作等特点,对患者工作、生活等均造成了严重不良影响.本文主要针对CSR护理干预措施展开综述.
