Abstract：
好老师队伍建设是国家发展基础教育的重要工作,当前教育资源不均衡,基础教育阶段教师队伍建设成效不明显,论文从好老师队伍建设的制约因素及当前教师队伍发展的矛盾进行分析,提出了教师个人修养、社会价值观和创新管理模式三个方面协同解决机制,为好老师队伍建设提出个人见解.
