Abstract：
由于学生存在个体差异,同一个教师教出来的学生,有的优秀,有的平庸.就课堂教学效果来看,学困生的存在不仅对教学工作的开展产生不良影响,甚至还会影响整个学校的办学质量和未来发展,因此想要提升课堂教学质量,促进中学不断创新发展,除了需要提升教学质量和教学效率之外,还需要加强学困生成因的研究工作,并积极开展学困生转化措施,促进后进生的不断进步.
