    Abstract：

    《左传》中曾经说过:"人非圣贤,孰能无过?",在小学数学课堂中,学生经常会犯错误,许多教师和学生认为犯错误就是意味着失败,其实不然.犯错误并不可怕,最重要的是如何去面对错误,并且及时更正,在反思中得到启发和成长.数学教师要理性的对待学生犯错,把学生犯错变成一种资源,将资源应用在课堂教学过程中,让错误的土壤可以开出成功的花朵.
