    Abstract：

    瑞士作曲家、音乐教育家达尔克罗兹一生从事音乐教育,建立了一个完整的音乐教育体系,提出了体态律动的概念,是融身体动作、音乐和情感为一体,用身体参与音乐的表现,获得情感体验的能力.达尔克罗兹认为音乐源于人类情绪和情感的宣泄、表现,人们在听音乐时所产生的情绪和情感可以通过身体动作来感受、体验和表达.
