Abstract：
伴随着我国教育的改革,越来越注重学生核心素养的提高,体育锻炼可以有效提高学生的身心素质,因此体育教学成为高中课程的重点教学内容,在这样的社会背景下,各个学校出现许多的体育特长生,为了有效提高体育特长生的训练效果,本文首先对高中体育特长生训练现状进行分析,然后对具体训练策略进行探讨,仅供教育人士参考.
