Abstract：
高校博士后是我国现阶段发展需求中提升人才质量、推动人才输出的重要举措,对高校学科建设,特别是新兴交叉学科的建设有重要的促进作用.随着博士后招收规模的不断扩大,人员类型的不断多元化,其管理服务工作的弊端日渐凸显.高校博士后管理工作应当以人为本,不断完善和提升博士后管理服务体系,切实发挥博士后的重要作用.
