科学技术的日新月异,新课程标准的颁布,推进了素质教育的进程.信息技术环境下小学数学教学需要给予学生充分发挥的空间,以学生发展为中心,在教学情境中体验数学的趣味,在生活实践中体验数学的价值,在自主合作中体验数学的探索,使之真正享受数学带来的快乐.
