Abstract：
随着社会的发展,我国教育进行了深化改革,并取得了很大的成就,实现了普及义务教育,并且逐渐向义务教育均衡发展.初中是关键学段,对学生的各种习惯养成具有重要作用,所以初中教育在基础教育中占据关键地位,提高初中教育质量与均衡发展是当前的重要任务,因此如何提升初中教育质量与创新均衡发展是广大初中教师所关注的重点问题.本文论述了目前在初中教育中存在的问题,并提出了提高初中教育质量与均衡发展创新的措施.
