Abstract：
生涯是一个人一生中所扮演的角色的综合及结果,职业生涯教育融入思想政治教育工作中,能够更好地指导大学生的长远发展规划,建立大学生正确的择业观,同时大学生思想政治教育可以保证生涯教育的实施,二者相辅相成.辅导员是思想政治教育者的主导力量,是大学生的引路人和知心朋友,提高辅导员对大学生生涯教育的推动作用,提升生涯教育队伍的能力,才能不断提高大学生生涯教育的工作水平.
