Abstract：
生活质量的不断提高,使人们对教育模式要求也在不断提高.在初中课堂上教师要注重培养学生的英语基础,使英语课堂成为学生听、说、读、写的场所,学生养成英语学习习惯.文章阐述了初中英语教学中小组合作的重要性与实施策略.由于时代的发展,教育应从教师的主场转为学生的主场.课堂上进行小组合作学习是必不可少的培养学生自主学习、自我探索的重要方式.小组合作学习可以培养学生自我探究、自我研究的学习能力,有利于培养学生的想象力与创造力,深化英语学习思维.
