Abstract：
在素质教育的先进教育观背景下,很多教育工作者都在思考如何有效做好初中物理教学工作.初中物理来源于生活,教师需要带领学生走进生活,走进物理.基于素质教育的根本目的是全面提高学生的综合素质,初中物理的教学不能只是照本宣科,不能脱离实际,不能单打独斗.素质教育已经提升到法律层面,成为国家意志,在素质教育背景下如何有效做好初中物理教学工作显得尤为重要,素质教育要求全面、全体、主动提高,所以老师在提高学生初中物理学习积极性上也要多花心思.
