Abstract：
现代教育理念要求教师形成正确的教师观、学生观与教学观,在"以人为本"的学生观的引导下,教师应当多加关注学生的需求与个人发展,尊重每个学生的个体独特性.因此,教师应当明确学生的课堂主体地位,重点培养学生的多方面综合能力.在数学科目中,质疑能力的培养与发展无论对学生的数学思维提升还是今后人生规划都显得尤为重要,所以对于教学工作者而言,在初中数学教学过程中如何培养学生的质疑能力是教学工作中最为关键的步骤之一.
