Abstract：
随着教育改革的逐步深化,学生的素质教育成为了教学的重要目标,而中学教学体系中体育教学对于学生的素质教育有着重要的影响与作用.而将拓展训练科学的应用到体育教学中不仅可以有效的丰富体育教学内容与形式,还可以激发学生兴趣,提升体育学习参与度.基于此,本文就对拓展训练的内涵进行研究与分析,并结合目前中学教学实际情况提出相关教学策略,以期能够推动中职体育教学的发展,更好的完成学生的素质教育.
