    邓析"议赎尸"案例,许多学者对此进行了研究,大部分人认为"议赎尸"属于诡辩;也有学者认为,"议赎尸"不是诡辩,蕴含着辩证思维;更有学者认为,"议赎尸"属于悖论,没有解决方案;本文立足博弈论角度,试图运用博弈论中的两种策略(先动优势策略和后动优势策略)去解决"议赎尸"案件.
