提高小学生学习效率的策略探究

Abstract：
通过一年的小学语文支教,我发现大部分学习上有困难的小学生都是很聪明的,但是由于对学习语文的兴趣不高,或没有养成良好的学习习惯,或课堂注意力不集中和倾听能力较差,导致了学习有困难小学生的学习效率偏低下.在一年的支教教学过程中我不断总结增强小学生的学习效率的方法,发现变革教学方法,以把控小学注意为中心综合训练小学生的听说读写记能力可以有效提高小学生的学习效率,进而提高孩子们成绩.
