Abstract：
素质教育工作更加注重发展学生的综合素养,要求教师在智育的基础上关注对学生自主学习能力的培养,以便推动其可持续发展.所以新时期的初中数学教师在组织教学工作时,应当有意识地调整教学方法,确保学生在学习文化知识的过程中可以感受到更多学习的乐趣,然后自觉配合老师开展相应的探究活动,在潜移默化中提高其自主学习能力.
