    汉语文教师在教学中要让学生将汉语文课堂变得生动有趣,又要发挥学生的主观能动性,变枯燥课堂为高效课堂,提高课堂效率,而不是题海战术,适当减轻学生负担.汉语教师在课堂教学中,必须不断完善自身的教学行为,提高课堂教学行为的有效性,以提高初中汉语教学的有效性,提高学生的综合素质.因此,在初中汉语课堂教学中,提高教学行为有效性是不可逆转的趋势.
