Abstract：
近几年来,我国教育部门正在不断地贯彻落实素质教育.对中小学教育来说,其作为基础性教育,应该将素质教育深入到日常教学中来,创新教育管理机制,因材施教,为广大中小学学生提供一个更为轻松、高效的教育环境.虽然在素质教育背景下,我国的中小学教育管理已经取得了一定成绩,但依然存在诸多不足.
