Abstract：
随着新课改的落实和素质教育的深入普及,对于初中班主任的德育工作要求也越来越高,不仅要求要将德育工作渗透到各个学科的教学当中,而且要取得实际效果,切实增强学生的道德意识,培养良好情操,形成健全、完善的人格,树立正确的人生观和价值观.本文就针对如何强化初中班主任德育工作的实效性进行讨论,并提出改进策略,为初中班主任有效开展德育工作提供依据.
