    Abstract：

    在如今社会的高速发展下,人们生活压力变大,心理上便会受到打击,或多或少出现心理疾病.心理健康的培养要从小抓起,小学生有很强的可塑性,能较好地接受新事物.因此,在一个人的小学时期,就要注重心理健康这个问题,培养学生较强大的心理接受能力.针对此问题,教师应担当起此责任,分析学生的特征,观察学生的心理变化,制定有效的措施来疏导学生的心理.
