    "行动导向"作为一种教学思想,已经在许多专业教学中被广泛使用.语文学科作为中职院校的一门人文性学科,承担着职业素养和道德素养的培养.在语文教学中,行为导向的应用也屡见不鲜,以小组为单位,以过程性评价、交互式评价为保障,贯穿整合课堂教学.本文以中职二年级语文教学为例,结合具体教学实例,分析行为导向教学的具体实践过程.
