Abstract：
待进生是班集体中的特殊而又不可忽视的群体,待进生的转化工作向来是教师开展工作的重点和难点之一.要想有效地对待进生进行转化,先要对学生的心理特点进行归结,然后实行相应的方法,因材施教,才能对其已有的不良习惯和心理问题进行逐一矫正.
