我们国家的科学技术的快速发展,使得企业内部出现了高技能人才的缺口.这篇文章首先提出了什么是新时期技能人才的概念,然后研究了企业技能人才的培养培训现状,最后根据有关的问题提出了对应的措施,以期企业可以获得更多的技能人才,促进企业发展.
