信访工作是煤矿企业深刻转型期的重要工作,优质的信访工作可以有效维护煤矿企业的大局,促进煤矿企业的持续发展.在我国煤矿企业历史普遍悠久,历史遗留问题较多,应当重视围绕信访对象开展思想政治工作,切实发挥思想政治工作的思想转化与情感引导方面的积极作用.
