    Abstract：

    我国医疗卫生事业不断发展,对临床护理人才的专业素质水平提出了更高的要求.为了适应新时期我国医疗卫生领域的新变革,中等职业教育学校的护理专业教学也应当及时改革,从更加注重知识技术的传授向更加注重临床实践变革,护理专业的实践教学也变得更加重要.教师应当从目前实践教学所存在的问题出发,提出相应改革对策,为临床护理人才的培育做出更大贡献.
