    Abstract：

    在我国职业教育发展正处于春暖花开之际,"学分制"在高职教育教学中的实践应用已经成为重要的课题.采用"学分制",能够打破传统学习存在的时间、空间的限制弊端,大大提高教学质量与水平.基于此,文章从多个角度对高职教育"学分制"实施所面临的困难进行深入探究,并提出路径选择,以此为相关人员提供借鉴与参考.
