Abstract：

本文分析了1+X证书制度的设计内涵,研究1+X证书制度与学历教育之间的关系.通过"学习模式的变革""校企合作结构性变革"来寻找1+X证书制度解决的问题,对于变革进行深入分析并提出应对策略.得到的结论有利于各方理解认识1+X证书制度的优势,在推进1+X证书制度的过程中,做到有的放矢.
