    Abstract：

    创新创业能力是高职院校院校人才培养的重要内容之一,当前主要以创新比赛为依托,培养模式和方法较为单一,效果不是很显著,本文提出基于生产项目模式的创新创业人才培养机制,将比赛项目,专业课程项目,企业工作项目有机结合起来,用全流程的项目化方式使得学生在沉浸式学习体验中得到创新创业能力提升.
