    Abstract：

    随着国家各行各业的快速发展,教师事业也逐渐向更好的目标而发展.而为了教育的蓬勃发展,教师应该注重在教学之中发生的各种情况,针对不同的情况进行针对性处理.对于小学生而言,小学教师应该更加关注他们所需要发展的能力,培养小学生能够更加自主地进行学习.本文就自主学习导向下小学数学教学优化进行简要分析和讨论.
