    高中时期是学生行为习惯和价值观形成的关键期,集体教育特别是班级管理发挥着重大作用.基于此,本文在以人为本导向下提出一系列高中班级管理工作开展策略,旨在引导学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,构建和美班级,营造良好的班级学习生活环境.
