    数学知识的逻辑性、抽象性和推理性,决定了学生应当具备较强的数学思维能力,方能取得好的数学学习效果.初中时期是学生掌握知识,提升思维能力并树立人生观、价值观与世界观的关键时期,在初中数学教学中培养学生的思维能力,可以为学生后期的学习打下基础.基于此,本文简单介绍了数学思维能力的重要性,并就如何在初中数学教学中培养学生的数学思维能力提出了几点建议.
